Capoeira for the Family - Movement and Fun for Parents and Children

We invite all families to join a very special capoeira class, open to parents and children, led by the Maculelê Capoeira Group of Quarteira, under the guidance of Professor Belinha.

This activity is a unique opportunity to share movement, rhythm, and fun with the family in a relaxed, inclusive, and energetic environment. Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art with a strong cultural expression that unites music, dance, and community spirit—values that also characterize FAVA.

In this class, children and adults can experience the fundamentals of capoeira and discover a different way of being in harmony with their bodies, with others, and with the surrounding environment.

Participate in this collective experience full of joy, respect, and tradition! Participation is free, like all FAVA activities, and is open to people of all ages and experience levels.
