Regulations for Sponsors
Rules, benefits and conditions of partnership and sponsorship within FAVA.
1. Acceptance
The website www.fava.pt is dedicated to the FAVA event - Algarve Environment and Vegan Fair, a pioneering fair in the Algarve that seeks to present a more conscious, ecological, and compassionate way of life. FAVA is organized by the non-profit association BENFAZER.
Participation as a Sponsor in FAVA requires, beforehand, reading and accepting the Terms of Use, Privacy and Cookies of this website.
By remaining and continuing to use the website www.fava.pt you agree to comply with both Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any of the rules set in both Terms, you should not use or remain on this website.
2. Brands
We look for brands that believe in the value of sustainability, environmental and animal protection, and want to support this initiative as a contribution to a free, conscious, creative, sustainable, and compassionate society.
3. Benefits
As a way of thanking and benefiting the brands that support us financially, we have created a set of countermeasures presented on our Sponsor page.
Whenever, for some reason, it is not possible to fulfill a specific benefit, BENFAZER will seek an alternative with similar impact.
4. Liability
BENFAZER is not responsible for any unexpected results or actions from the public towards the brands.
5. Return
Although we are fully interested in giving visibility to sponsors, we do not commit to achieving specific results in terms of impact or return.
6. Cancellation
If the sponsor wants to cancel their collaboration, BENFAZER is not obliged to make any refund or compensation, but may remove the brand image from materials that have not yet been produced.
In case of impossibility to hold FAVA on the scheduled date, for example due to bad weather or other reasons beyond the organization\'s control, BENFAZER will present solutions for a new date or alternatives in other events of the association, with similar principles and audiences.
